I completed my studies via their online course due to where I am located for work, which can always make it a challenge being away from the trainer, but Total Management and Training were able to still support me with my studies regardless of whether I was studying online or in the classroom.

I recently attended a TAE upgrade training course with TMT Cairns. I would like to thank TMT for a very positive experience. My first point of contact was with Justine who got everything off to a professional start by helping me with my booking and then following this up with prompt and continuous communication. The course facilitator Kavin was marvellous. From beginning to end he made the training program both informative and engaging as he guided our group through the course materials. He was able to educate and entertain us whilst dealing with the variety of learning types in the room. his presentation and interpersonal skills are top shelf.
I will highly recommend TMT at every opportunity to anyone who requires training. Beyond this i will not hesitate to book any future training i may require through organisation.

I did LLN training recently and the course trainer Kavin was fantasic. I was concerned (prior to attending) as I had not done academic schooling for over 40 years (apart from Cert 2 and Cert 3 trades and advanced training in Automotive and Electrics, and I own and run a small business, so I am good at some things). Anyway, Kav explained the course really well, so everyone on any level could understand. He had a good sense of humour, which makes the training even better, but also advised some of the study required us to work hard, and think about our choices and decisions.
After one day doing the face to face LLN at TMT, I came away with fresh info and ideas that will help myself, and my staff here at work too. LLN for most people, especially managers and trainers, would be worth doing for sure. I found the day very good, and when I'm asked where to go to get training, I will tell people TMT for sure and I hope to make more time soon to do more training at TMT.

I thought Tina was excellent! at her job and explains things very well during the training of the TAE units. She helped us through everything, trying to juggle a lot of different people at different levels of understanding and those of us that could work faster, she allowed us to help the others get through their troubles as well.
I found out things that I have been doing over the years that I now know how to do better, even as far as mapping goes, I finally have the missing piece filled because it was explained better than ever before. Also, how to deal with people with LLN issues is now something I am better equipped to handle. Thank you Tina.

My name is Adam Weir and I work for the Queensland Government and I chose to do the Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety to help my business unit be compliant with legislation and also to help my work colleagues be safe and healthier at their workplace.
HOW WAS THE SUPPORT PROVIDED BY TOTAL MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING (TMT)?
The support provided by Total Management and Training was excellent. The online training was informative with a wealth of resources available at your fingertips.
WHAT DOES TMT DO DIFFERENTLY TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS?
TMT offer Get it Done Study Sessions which I found to be very helpful in me gaining the Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety qualification.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TMT TO OTHERS AND WHY WOULD YOU DO SO?
I would definitely recommend TMT to others because their online training is excellent and easy to navigate.
The trainers are highly qualified and are readily available when you need to ask them questions.

I am employed at Prime Constructions (Qld) and enrolled in the Certificate IV in WHS due to support required from the HSEQ Manager. I enjoyed completing my course as it was flexible, easy to follow, and the content and assignments were interesting. I particularly loved that the course was online and thought the portal was really well constructed.
TMT provided me with clear and timely support when needed - I could always count on the team to assist.
